Become a volunteer and help us to make a difference in the lives of children

There are so many ways that you can get involved with Sports Connections Foundation as a volunteer. You can be as involved as much or as little as you want. Whether it's an hour or two that you can spare each week, there are so many ways that you can help us.

Below are links to the latest volunteering opportunities that we have at Sports Connections Foundation. All roles are currently home-based and flexible to suit your availability, and as such there is no minimum time commitments.   Full support and training will be provided and we will support you in your own personal development whilst volunteering with us.

You must be a UK resident and aged 18 or over to apply.

  • Development / Research Volunteer

    Development / Research Volunteers help us to raise awareness of our work and to increase our donations by helping to create new opportunities in the local area.

  • Virtual Collection Tin Volunteer

    A virtual collection happens entirely online, and we’ll make it as easy as possible for you to promote yours, giving you lots of hints and tips for bringing your fundraising page to life.

  • Grant / Bid Writer Volunteer

    SCF are looking for a volunteer grant / bid writer to help to put together a grant strategy and to research and submit funding grants on behalf of the income and engagement team.

  • Volunteer Ambassador

    Volunteer Ambassadors help to raise awareness of our work by attending events to talk about our work and encourage others to get involved in fundraising activity
